Expect a detailed interview, photographs and dento-facial analysis.  You will be presented with design options and may even have your smile designed from within at your initial visit.  You can also expect to have impressions taken of your natural dentition for further analysis.

Depending on the nature of your smile design and selected materials, your restorations may be artistically crafted by artistic ceramists in New York,NY., Dubai (UAE), Beverly Hills, CA or Chicago,IL.  Our Doctors will always communicate with you as to where your case will be sent to and why.

Yes, we also perform surgical procedures such as extractions, socket preservation bone grafting and root canals.

Yes, for major procedures like preparing multiple veneers or crowns, absolutely...why not?  We strive at making this an experience.  A service car picking you up from your residence may be a more comfortable option than having to drive your car to a lengthy appointment, stressed, in the middle of traffic, having to find parking, then rushing to your final destination.

We are typically 45 min from downtown Chicago and Milwaukee, O'hare international Airport (Chicago) and General Mitchel international Airport (Milwaukee).

We are also Typically 10-12 minutes from Waukegan National Airport.  Waukegan National Airport serves as a major landing for major Execs flying Private jets in and out of the Chicago/Milwaukee area.

It is not uncommon for some of our clients to fly in for treatment and/or preventative services, to preserve thier oral health investment.

We are located only two lights east of the Six Flags Great America, Hurricane Harbor Water Park, and Great Wolf Lodge indoor waterpark.  Just further west, you can visit Gurnee Mills Shopping Center.  

Lake County has many outdoor activities and events.  It has great golf courses. Another favorite would be the summer concerts at Ravinia Festival.  There are also great local restaurants to enjoy.

We accept: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cashiers checks and direst wire.

Payment is due on the date that services are rendered.  

For example: If you have an extensive treatment plan but are only doing a single restoration on a specific day, your single tooth will be prepared for that restoration, you are only responsible for the full payment of that single restoration.  For larger cases, such as with 10-20 veneers, the payment is due in full for the number of teeth being prepared that day.

Depending on the details you request and material choices for your functional and natural smile, the cost per crown or veneer can start as low as $980 per tooth and can reach as high as $3200 per tooth.  Options will be presented to you based on your treatment plan and design.
